Therapeutic Activities Group CIC (TAG), company number 11812101, is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you contact TAG, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, the subject of your enquiry and any information you choose to include in your message. Please do not submit urgent safeguarding information or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the website form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, identify the most relevant TAG programme or partnership route, manage professional relationships, keep appropriate business records and meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities. Our lawful basis will usually be legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, legal obligation or, where relevant, consent.
Who processes it
The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to transmit messages to TAG. Our website and email providers may also process limited technical or message data on our behalf. We only share information where necessary for the enquiry, where required by law or where there is a safeguarding obligation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including follow-up, contract, funding, safeguarding, insurance, accounting or legal requirements. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
