Therapeutic Activities Group CIC is an award-winning Welsh social enterprise. We design and deliver frontline intervention, practitioner CPD, immersive learning and outcome-focused tools for schools, children’s services, charities and responsible employers.

Why this work matters
Children, vulnerable adults and frontline practitioners often meet systems at their most stretched. Our work sits in the practical space between early help, safeguarding, wellbeing, training and organisational confidence.
Anxiety, bereavement, trauma, school avoidance and low trust can make traditional support hard to access. Relationship-based intervention helps create a safer route back into engagement.
Complex work cannot be reduced to certificates. Teams need judgement, tools, supervision, reflection and confidence when real situations are messy.
Schools, charities and services need support that is compassionate, accountable and capable of evidencing outcomes.
Prevention, early intervention and practitioner capability are social value investments. The evidence needs to be clear, honest and usable.
Our connected ventures
Each venture has its own identity, audience and route into support. The common thread is stronger practice: safer relationships, better judgement, better evidence and work that can stand up to scrutiny.

Human proof
These examples are deliberately anonymised. Named testimonials and full evidence can be supplied where consent and commissioning arrangements allow.
A young person experiencing anxiety, low trust and inconsistent engagement was supported through regular relationship-based sessions. The dog created a safer first step; the practitioner used that engagement to build communication, regulation and willingness to re-enter learning routines.
A practitioner team needed training that helped them make better decisions, not simply complete mandatory learning. Dragonfly CPD was designed around realistic judgement scenarios, feedback, manager oversight and practical tools that remain available after the certificate.
