Our ventures

Direct support, practitioner learning and immersive training.

The ventures sit under one umbrella because they solve connected problems: engagement, confidence, safeguarding, values-led practice and measurable impact.

The Baxter ProjectBaxter blue · frontline support

Animal-assisted early intervention for schools and children’s settings.

The Baxter Project provides specialist one-to-one support for children and young people experiencing barriers such as anxiety, bereavement, trauma, school avoidance, low trust, emotional dysregulation or social and emotional difficulties.

Behaviour-assessed companion dogs are used as an engagement bridge. The dog is not a gimmick and not a replacement for skilled practice; the relationship creates a safer route into conversation, regulation and re-engagement.
